These terms and conditions detail the agreement of temporary property rental between the "Client / Renter" and the "Property Owner".

We will sign a lease contract (Majadahonda housing) where all EXTRAS are included. So it is important to know in advance your plans or at least most of them. There will be a transfer of 200€ up front as reserves to be deducted from the final price upon your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Until 60 days before departure - No charge - 0€

Between 59 and 30 days - 50% charge - 100€

Between 29 and 1 days - 100% charge - 200€
